LOCAL INDOOR REGATTAS

Enough training - let's compete! There are two local indoor regattas coming up and AARC should attend as a club. The events are held in several age categories, are a gas to participate in, and are quite entertaining to watch. The event site will be full of ergs, and there are lots viewers and other competitors there to cheer each of us on. Please indicate your interest for which competition you would like to attend (see links below for more information) to Karen Berna ( kdbern@gmail.com) by no later than February 10, 2007. Based upon the level of interest, AARC will coordinate so we can compete as a club.

You know how you've been thinking "I would like a fun way to participate in the club." I know! Now's your chance. Clearly I am no master of the newsletter. I would like to say no one can follow Will, but I think I just picked a task that I am not good at. You can follow Will! If you're interested in taking on the newsletter, which is bi-weekly until March when we go weekly, please let me know at kristischrader@gmail.com .

AARC FEBRUARY BOARD MEETING

The February AARC board meeting will be on Tuesday, February 13 at 6:30 PM, in the DTE Community Room, 425 Main St. Please notify either me ( tricia.miranda@gmail.com ) or Margaret ( mlhudson17@gmail.com) if you would like to attend and if you have an item that you would like to place on the agenda.
