PREORDER YOUR 2006 AARC CALENDAR NOW
The 2006 AARC club calendar is now available for ordering. This year's calendar includes:
- Pictures of a large representation of AARC members taken throughout the 2005 season
- A sturdy protective cover
- Heavyweight paper
- Clear digital images
- PLUS a CD of extra digital pictures included with your first calendar purchase
Online pre-orders can be placed until noon on Tuesday December 13, with calendars ready for delivery on Friday December 16. This year there will be two options for receiving your calendar order -- you may select to pick up your order at the boathouse during a few designated times (TBA) or have your order mailed to you for a small fee ($3 per calendar).
Calendars are only guaranteed for those who pre-order. To be sure that you don't miss out reserve a calendar (or two) for yourself today.
Prices:
- 1st calendar + 1 picture CD: $22
- Additional calendars (no picture CD): $20 each
- Additional picture CDs: $3 each
- Mailing: $3 per calendar (US only; please email mlhudson@umich.edu to find out about shipping rates to Canada and Mexico)

LAST CHANCE FOR YEAR END FINANCIAL CLOSURE
To ALL AARC Members: Please submit expenses for reimbursement/payment to either Janet Goldberg (keech@umich.edu) or Karen Berna (karendmarks@sbcglobal.net) by no later than December 5, 2005 in order for payment to occur in this fiscal year. In addition, please submit any payment for outstanding rowing, regatta, and/or merchandise fees, or any other outstanding debt to AARC (mail to: PO Box 3128, Ann Arbor, MI 48106) by no later than December 16, 2005. AARC DECEMBER BOARD MEETING

Derek is hosting a New Year's Eve party, and he's inviting the whole club. His flyer is attached to this email, and he'll be hanging some up in the boathouse as well.
