WINTER ERGING SEASON STARTS MONDAY NOVEMBER 27!

Come join us in erging at the Boathouse. Official coached sessions commence Monday evening 6-7 pm at the Boathouse. Check the www.a2crew.com website for program details and signup procedures. Get a start on the Concept2 Holiday challenge (erg 100,000 meters between Thanksgiving and Christmas).

AARC GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING NEXT WEDNESDAY

A friendly reminder that the General Membership Meeting is next Wednesday, November 29th and we look forward to seeing you there! The meeting will be held from 7-9pm on Wednesday, November 29th , in the Tribute Room (#1322) of the School of Education Building (610 E. University) on the University of Michigan campus. Ample street parking is available, along with free and low-cost parking in the nearby Church and Forest Street parking structures. Our meeting agenda is attached. HOLIDAYS AND SPLASH JACKET GIVING

Although our next group order for AARC splash jackets and other club merchandise will not be until late January or so, here's an option for anyone interested in a jacket as a holiday gift. You can order a gift card from JL directly, which the recipient could redeem for (or toward) a jacket at the time of a group order. The cards are available in increments of $25 at http://www.jlrowing.com/gift-certificate.html.

If you prefer, you can always order a single jacket directly from JL at any time (4-week lead time), but the cost is substantially more -- $142 plus shipping for a single jacket versus a total of$116-$128 per jacket depending on quantity of group order.
