FROGTOWN, YOU'RE IN; HEAD OF THE OHIO, YOU'RE OUT
After gauging interest, it looks as though there aren't enough people to warrant the club expense to Pittsburgh, but there is renewed interest in returning to Frogtown races in Toledo on Sunday, October 15, so that's where we'll go! The sign-up sheet is already posted at the boathouse, and will be taken down on the evening of October 4th. Jen Shifferd will be the regatta captain. Fees are $9.50 per person for eights, $14.50 per person for fours, and singles are $22. If individuals are still interested in attending HOTO, you can work through neighboring clubs to rent equipment or trailer together, but do this quickly as the registration deadline for HOTO is tomorrow, Sept. 28. As always, send your regatta questions to Tricia (triciam@umich.edu).
AARC OCTOBER BOARD MEETING
The October AARC board meeting will be on Tuesday, October 10 at 6:30 PM, in the DTE Community Room, 425 Main St. Please notify either me (triciam@umich.edu) or Sarah (marsh.sk@gmail.com) if you would like to attend and if you have an item that you would like to place on the agenda.

Secretary, AARC

TYPICAL FALL COACHING SCHEDULE
Below is the typical weekly coaching schedule for the remainder of the season. On occasion a different coach will be filling in due to conflicts that we have scheduled around, but other than that you will see the coaches as assigned below. A copy will be posted at the boathouse as well.
For clarification: It was mentioned numerous times in the spring/summer that people were coached by the "wrong" person. i.e. "The ___ program coach coached the 'wrong' program tonight." The assignments are a guideline, but the number one priority is to ensure that all groups are getting appropriate coaching. Therefore, you will see the coaches rearrange their assignments to accomodate the group, most frequently when programs are combined (so that you get to row). ALL coaches coach multiple programs regularly (most have coached all of the programs over the course of the season), so we are familiar with all of you and can have the flexibility to switch things around to accomodate the group that is present.
