GRAND REGATTA COMING UP

MCI VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Volunteers are needed to complete the MCI sign up sheet on the bulletin board in the boathouse. Part of club membership includes helping with club functions. We need your help to make this year's MCI regatta a huge success!

Please check the sign up sheets for openings and let's get them filled by the end of this week. It would be especially helpful if our men could take the 2nd time slots (starting at 10:30) since the women's masters races will be going on at that time.

AARC IS LOOKING FOR RACING GEAR TO BORROW

AARC is going to the 124th Royal Canadian Henley Regatta is full force this summer and we are looking for AARC racing tanks to borrow for rowers. (It is a strict rule that ALL rowers from a club must wear the same uniform!) We are sending 2 boats of female youth rowers, as well as some men's boats made of members of our MRA/UMRT neighbors who will all need racing tanks. If you would be willing to loan your tank to a racer Aug 10-17 it would be greatly appreciated! Men's Large and XL and women's small and medium sizes are particularly needed.
