The Youth TECHNICAL Rowing Program is a 6 week program designed for the high school rower who desires to work on technique and maintain fitness over the summer and/or who doesn’t desire as intensive of a program as the Competitive youth program or who can not make the time commitment of the Competitive program. Regular attendance is encouraged but not required in this program. Experienced coxswains are eligible to participate to further develop their skills.
